A lecture on “Importance of Component Reliability for Interplanetary Mission” By Dr. Sarat Kumar Dash

Today GKCIET has organized a lecture on “Importance of Component Reliability for Interplanetary Mission” at 11 AM in the board room of the Admin block. The lecture was delivered by Dr.Sarat Kumar Dash, Head, of Component Quality Assurance and Control Division, Spacecraft Quality Assurance Area, U R Rao Satellite Center, Bengaluru (ISRO, India). Worth mentioning that Dr.Dash has actively worked in the recently successful Chandrayaan 3 Mission and many other important missions of ISRO, India. The faculty and students of the institute participated in the event enthusiastically and interacted actively with the guest speaker. In the event, Dr.Dash distributed prizes for Chandrayaan 3 events organized at GKCIET to the students. In the extended part of the event, a certificate distribution program for skill development courses conducted by the institute was also organized. Certificates of different skill development courses in computer science, Food Technology, and Electrical Engineering were distributed among successful students by the Hon’ble Director of the institute.
