Viksit Bharat@2047 is the vision of the Government of India to make India a developed nation by 2047, the 100th year of its independence. The vision encompasses various aspects of development, including economic growth, social progress, environmental sustainability, and good governance. Under the guidance of dynamic leadership Prof. Parameswara Rao Alapati, GKCIET successfully completed Viksit Bharat feedback as well as different programs to enhance the youth enthusiasm towards the development of the nation. Dr. Kiran Yarrakula, Dean SW monitored all activities related to Viksit Bharat at the institute.

The debate competition was held on 05-01-2024 from 3pm to 4pm with the topic entitled “Is Social well-being and happiness a criteria for development: Viksit Bharat@2047” at Ramanujan Block, Room No: A-37.
